Designer / Illustrator:

• You’re a graphic designer / illustrator who’s fantastic at infusing lots of personality into even the simplest things. 
• Have experience with iconography, branding, interface design, and love to doodle.
• Are obsessed with creating a holistic, usable experience.

Marketing / Biz Dev:

• Can develop and implement an awesome marketing strategy using a nice mix of standard tactics and exciting / unconventional experiments.
• You’re a champ at copy writing and distilling concepts into perfect one-liners.
• The letters MRD make you cringe.
• Have experience with content strategy and editorial.
• Can identify and execute relevant business partnerships.

Developer / Data Lover:

• You dream in PHP.
• Have worked with various APIs (Twitter, FB, Flickr, Foursquare, Tumblr, Google, etc)
• Think GitHub is one of the best things since sliced bread
• Have experience with both mobile and desktop web apps.
• Live for playing around in cool datasets and extracting interesting things from them.
